Dear David:

I wanted to write you this letter to thank you for your incredible knowledge, energy and perseverance in assisting me with my disability claim, as well as in helping me retrieve premiums that were due to me under the waiver of premium clause in my life insurance policy. 

Not only did you enable me to recover several years worth of premiums for my Guardian Life policy, for which you are my agent, but you took the time and effort to review my entire financial picture and realized that I also had waiver of premium coverage under my Northwestern Mutual Life insurance policies, which I purchased several years before we met. 

Due to your thoroughness and competence, I just received a check in excess of $19,000, representing 4 years worth of premiums on my whole life policies from Northwestern.

If it wasn't for you, I never would have thought to apply for these premiums, especially since such a long time had passed since the onset of my disability (4 ½ years!). My Northwestern agent didn't even think of it. He does not even sell this feature on his new policies.

I am lucky and grateful that I have you in my corner, and I can say without hesitation that the waiver of premium rider on my insurance policies is the best investment I have ever made.
